Harbor Hill Update: October 26, 2022

It's good news- at least for now!

The following letter was sent to the residents today announcing the delay in construction due to market conditions.

We will update as we learn more but it's a nice midweek surprise!

From Harbor Hill:

Dear valued Harbor Hill Resident:

As you know, we have been communicating updates to you for some time regarding our plans to expand Harbor Hill. We remain excited by this project and the value it will bring to the community and broader neighborhood. However, given current market conditions, we have decided to put this project on hold for the foreseeable future. As such, we are happy to announce that we intend to reinstate parking effective November 1, 2022. 

Please contact the leasing office if you intend to park in the lot. They will process your request, assign your new parking space and provide a remote for gate access. The cost to park remains at $135 monthly and will be on a month-to-month basis. Parking fees will be reinstated effective the date you commence parking. Parking rules and regulations as stated in your Parking Addendum shall apply.

At this time, we do not yet know when we will relaunch the construction project. This decision will be subject to shifting market conditions, and as soon as we have clarity we will be sure to keep you informed. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and our goal remains the same – to provide you with an exceptional living experience.
